Description

Floyd Rose replacement Whammy Bar Tremolo Arm w/Barrel/Socket!!! …. Mighty Mite Chrome Guitar Parts
This auction is for one brand new old stock Floyd Rose Licensed replacement Whammy Bar Tremolo Arm in Chrome finish with the Barrel mounting socket. You get one Chrome Tremolo Arm and the Barrel/Coupler mounting Socket so you know it will fit.
It seems harder and harder these days to find a whammy bar that fits and performs.
There are alot of cheap Chinese arms out there for less, but they don’t fit well and you would not like them. IE:
1. Many of the cheaper black arms are too big, the specs have changed and now the round stock used to make them is too fat and won’t fit the 6mm socket barrel on your axe. (Mine comes with it’s own Socket barrel so you know it fits).
2. The cheap Chinese arms set too high away from the tremolo and the angle is wrong. I sell two different types and have listed a pic showing the differences between the one’s with the metal retainer pin and this one listed with the plastic retainer washer. The one’s with the plastic retainer listed here do have a different angle that sets higher from the tremolo than my other types with the metal retainer pin listed in another listing.(See pics)
3. The cheaper arms fit lousy and when fully tight they still have plenty of play, and that prevents you from being able to do the “Chirp” effect with your arm.(Like in Disturbed’s “another way to die”), mine fit great!
4. Some of the cheap Chinese arms have thumb screw collars that are made of plastic and will crack over time.
5. Even my own supplier has sold out to the cheaper plastic washer type collar retainer…I actually ordered 200 of them in Black but had to return them because the specs had changed and they fit poorly and i knew my customers would not be happy with them. So all I have is Gold and Chrome now( i won’t sell parts that don’t fit right). I also sell the old school original screw-in “Floppy” type in another listing.
My NOS(New Old Stock) Mighty Mite parts fit Original Floyd Rose and work well with Charvel, ESP LTD, Ibanez(But not the Edge trems), Jackson, Kramer, Schecter or other Floyd Rose and Floyd Rose Lic. equipped axes!
These are all brand new Floyd Rose Licensed tremolo arms sold by Mighty Mite which has been around since the 1970’s.
Super fast USA shipping from Colorado. (Don’t wait for the Chinese to ship a cheap black one to you!)
International shipment via USPS’s First class Mail International delivery plus you may have to pay import taxes/duties to import. International bidders please understand that most countries the shipping is fast but for some countries it may take 30 days or longer to receive your item(45 days is the longest so far to Italy) so you can’t depend on the Ebay’s estimated delivery time as it may take much longer for you to receive it. If this is not acceptable then please I ask that you not bid. Thanks
I can combine shipping if you want to buy more than one item from me, and quantity discounts are available.
I reserve all rights.
Check out my other items for more Floyd Rose parts and I usually have 40+ guitars for sale on Ebay. I buy and sell quality musical instruments and have over 7000 positive Ebay feedbacks so bid with confidence that you will receive quality merchandise as described, shipped promptly and securely. I also have been playing lead guitar since 1979.
Colorado sales must add 4.6% sales tax.
I sometimes miss a day checking my email so please be patient and I will try to respond to all questions ASAP.
Thanks, and good luck bidding.
Note on installation: To properly install a new socket barrel, use a small C clamp along with the socket and barrell(without the screw) to seat the barrell onto the tremolo base plate, and then tighten with the screw and washer…don’t use the screw to seat the socket and barrel because you might strip the threads.
